What people ask us about online orders, answered the way we answer at the counter.
When is my order ready?
We send word when it is packed and waiting at the counter. Everything in the online store is on our own shelves, so most orders are ready the same day.
How long do you hold an order?
Fourteen days. After that the order is cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method.
Can someone else collect it for me?
Yes. Give them your order number and the name the order is under.
What if I change my mind?
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. The full policy is on the returns page.
Is pickup discreet?
Yes. Everything leaves the counter in plain, unmarked packaging, and nothing on the outside says what is inside.
A valid prescription is required.
