This website is operated for Tribeca Pharmacy by Lava Focus Inc., which builds and runs the software. Tribeca Pharmacy is responsible for your health information; Lava Focus Inc. is not able to read it.
Forms you send us
When you submit a transfer or contact request, everything you type is encrypted in your browser with a key that belongs to Tribeca Pharmacy before it is sent. The encrypted request travels through servers run by Lava Focus Inc., which can see that a request was made and its reference number, but cannot read its contents. Only Tribeca Pharmacy holds the key that decrypts it.
If the pharmacy has not yet set up its key, the form is disabled and asks you to phone instead. The website never sends your details unencrypted.
What the website does collect
- Standard web analytics (pages viewed, device type) and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the advertising identifiers in that link. These are stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so the pharmacy knows which of its advertising works. They contain no health information.
- Your cookie choice ("Allow all" or "Analytics only"), stored for 12 months in a first-party cookie so you are not asked again. Change it any time with the "Cookie choices" link in the footer.
- If you choose "Allow all", Google (how Google uses advertising data) and Meta (Meta privacy policy) may set their own cookies in your browser, and this site may tell them when one of their advertisements led to a request, using the advertising identifier from the link plus your network address and browser type. With "Analytics only", or before you choose, none of that is sent to them.
- Your consent choices for text and email updates, as two yes/no values, stored alongside the request reference.
- If you call or get directions from a link on this site, the click is counted. The phone number you call from is handled by the phone company, not by this website.
What the website does not do
- It does not store, log or transmit readable prescription, medication or health details.
- It does not build advertising audiences from health-related pages.
- It does not sell personal information.
