There is a room with a door and two chairs at the back of the shop. What you say in it is not said at the counter.

Bring everything you take, including what you picked up off the shelf, and the pharmacist goes through the lot with you.

A valid prescription is required.

Everything you take, whether it came from us or not.

Sitting down, not at the counter
The pharmacist goes through it with you in the consultation room.

Anyone taking more than one thing, or anyone who has been handed something new and would like it explained.
