What a refill takes
- The prescription number from your label, for a refill without an account
- Your name and date of birth, if you sign in or call
- Your insurance card, only if your plan changed since last time
A valid prescription is required.

The questions we get
Do I need my prescription number?
Only for a refill without an account: it is printed on your label. If you sign in or call, your name and date of birth are enough.
Where does an online refill go?
To the pharmacy's own patient portal, which opens in a new tab. What you enter there goes to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy calls you when your refill is ready.
Can I ask for someone else?
Ask at the counter or on the phone. The pharmacy will tell you what they need from you.
Can I move a prescription here from another pharmacy?
Yes. Tell us where you fill now and we make the call for you.
Will my plan be accepted?
Tribeca Pharmacy accepts most plans. Read your card to us on the phone and we check it before you come in.
