In-store pickup
All online orders are for in-store pickup at our pharmacy at 177 Smith St, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Nothing purchased through the online store is shipped or mailed. The online store sells nonprescription retail products only.
Cancellations and unavailable items
If an item is unavailable at pickup, or an order is cancelled before pickup, we refund the full amount to the original payment method promptly.
Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, for a full refund to the original payment method.
Health and safety exceptions
For health and safety reasons, opened personal care and over-the-counter products cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items are always replaced or refunded.
Uncollected orders
Orders not collected within 14 days are cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method.
How refunds are issued
All refunds are issued by Tribeca Pharmacy to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds normally appear on the cardholder's statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the card issuer.
